Trace Hickman, owner, did some minor repair to prevent potential future leaking on my roof which was under warranty. He was prompt in doing the repair and was very professional. Also, although not requested and no problems noted, he put some additional sealing around the pipe vents on the roof. I offered to pay him for this extra work, but he said he wanted to do this for being a customer.

Excellent and easy. We had our roof replaced due to wind damage. Atlanta Roofing was professional, quick, easy to coordinate with them and the insurance adjuster. The crew was very nice and finished the job within one day! They are also very careful to protect the home and lawn from debris by place large tarps on our lawn and balconies/patio areas. They leave the site completely clean! Highly recommend this business.

The entire job was completed in 5 hours on a Saturday including complete clean-up. Every promise was kept and our new roof is beautiful. We paid $500 for our insurance deductible and $500 for a shingle upgrade that made a huge difference. Insurance paid for the rest.

We recently had our roof replaced by Atlantaroofing.com and we couldn?t be more pleased with every aspect of the customer service that the company provided. We were amazed at how organized the whole process was from our initial meeting with the owner to the completion of the work. The owner is a highly experienced veteran of the industry and went well beyond what most companies would have to assist us in replacing the roof. The office manager was delightful and extremely efficient and knowledgeable regarding both the practical aspect of roofing to the financial. She was always patient with our multiple questions and able to explain the process, keeping us up to date on the timeline and what was needed from us. I can?t say enough about how competent and hard working the roofing foreman and his crew were! They arrived at our home exactly when scheduled and worked all day long taking very few breaks. They left our yard in better shape than it was before they started the work - even making sure that our neighbor?s yard was free of any debris that may have fallen there during the roof replacement. Both the owner and the crew foreman followed up with us to make sure that we were happy with the work and the roof. Finally, our roof looks great thanks to the owner?s advice regarding shingle color, it is up to code and we no longer have to worry about any leaks. We have had roof replacements on homes that we have owned previously but never has the work been completed as efficiently by such friendly, hard working staff. I called Atlanta Roofing & Remodeling to come out to my house for a free estimate from the hail storm on March 15, 2008. They looked at my roof and suggested me to sign their preliminary contract because they would offer me a 10 year warranty. In their preliminary contract on line item # 4 it stated they would send me an estimate/quote. Trace and Thomas both told me 3 different times after I had called them they would supply me with an estimate. A month goes by and still no estimate. My roof remained damaged from the hail storm and now I started to worry about rain coming in. I called them 1 more time and Trace told me he would only give me an estimate if I showed him first what my insurance company was going to pay me. I called my insurance company and explained this situation and they recommended me not to do business with Atlanta Roofing & Remodeling. I felt as though I was being "strong armed" and pushed into going with Atlanta Roofing & Remodeling. It was a very unpleasant experience.

I was very pleased with the work performed by Atlanta Roofing & Remodeling. They are a great company to have to do work on your roof and they really are all about their customers. I definitely would use this company again.
